TOP Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the TOP team to achieve daily productivity and quality targets
• Assign and monitor workloads to prevent bottlenecks
• Oversee receipt, organization, and hanging of all TOP samples
• Review flagged samples and make final approval or rejection decisions
• Manage daily team workflow to meet KPIs of 800 - 1100 samples processed per day
• Maintain accurate documentation of sample handling and communications
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, production, or sample management
• Experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goods preferred
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to make decisions under tight deadlines
• Experience with sample tracking systems or PLM is a plus
