TOP Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the TOP team to achieve daily productivity and quality targets
• Supervise the daily TOP sample approval process for apparel, accessories, and footwear
• Manage daily team workflow to meet KPIs of 800 - 1100 samples processed per day
• Review flagged samples and make final approval or rejection decisions based on company standards
• Communicate decisions, corrective actions, and resubmission requirements to vendors and internal teams
• Oversee the receipt, organization, and tracking of all TOP samples
• Maintain accurate documentation of sample handling, approvals, and compliance reports

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, production, or sample management
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to make accurate decisions under tight deadlines
• Experience with sample tracking systems, PLM, or reporting tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
