Tools & Parts Attendant

Responsibilities

• Perform operations involved in the storage, inspection, identification, and receipt of property
• Manage facility and property safety protocols
• Conduct regular inventories of tools and parts
• Operate manual equipment, special-purpose government vehicles, and materiel handling equipment
• Issue tools and tool kits to appropriate personnel
• Maintain accountability and responsibility for stock and inventory control

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of Air Force supply procedures and property accounting
• Proficiency with MIS systems, specifically CAMS and IMDS
• Knowledge of hazardous waste handling, use, and disposal
• Valid state driver's license
• Basic mathematics proficiency and desktop computer operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience in inventory operations, storage, and supply functions
• Knowledge of military procurement processes
• Experience with laser etcher operations
• Knowledge of engine maintenance tools and overhead hoist operation
