Toolmaker

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, maintain, and repair injection molds, spare parts, and other operating equipment
• Perform independent error analysis and troubleshooting
• Optimize automated systems and machinery
• Manufacture trial tools and dummies
• Polish and high-gloss polish molded parts
• Coordinate workflows with colleagues and supervisors
• Provide guidance and instruction to apprentices within the department

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Toolmaker or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role
• Highly precise working style (tolerances of 0.01mm)
• Strong sense of quality awareness
• Willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays
