Toolmaker

Responsibilities

• Production of spare parts
• Improvements and modifications of existing tools
• Repair of existing tools
• Operation of manual workshop machines such as lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines
• Active participation in improvement work and development of tool processes

Requirements

• Technical high school education, preferably from an industrial or technical program
• CNC milling skills
• Wire EDM (trådgnistring) experience
• CAD/CAM proficiency
• Fixture manufacturing skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience with tool maintenance, repair, or press tools is a merit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in service or maintenance within the manufacturing industry
• Interest in new technology and automation
