Tooling Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, move, assemble, install, and repair industrial machinery and equipment according to blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions
• Use hand and power tools to perform maintenance, repairs, and assembly of tooling and machinery
• Move heavy machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks
• Perform root cause analysis to support reliability processes and collaborate with engineering and management to solve equipment problems
• Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to prevent breakdowns of facilities and equipment
• Maintain and rework tools of all types and materials, including performing basic Total Preventative Maintenance duties
• Set up and operate machine tools and fabrication machinery to rework or create new parts

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a production environment
• High School Diploma/GED or successful completion of a Workkeys Assessment
• Ability to perform necessary rigging and move/place heavy equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to work any assigned shift
