About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, specify, and validate devices, jigs, and equipment for production and assembly of aeronautical segments (wings, empennage, fuselage, doors, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Project, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure technical, ergonomic, and safety requirements are met
  • Prepare and update technical documentation including plans, drawings, technical instructions, and validation reports
  • Participate in the industrialization process of new products, ensuring correct tooling definition from early design stages
  • Monitor manufacturing, installation, and try-out of tooling to ensure functionality and robustness
  • Implement continuous improvements to existing tooling to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Support non-conformity analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Work with external suppliers for tooling development and manufacturing
  • Define tooling requirements and contribute to industrialization plans
  • Execute technical evaluations and control of tooling from different suppliers

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechatronics, Aeronautics, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in an Aeronautical OEM or Tier-1 supplier
  • Solid knowledge of technical drawing, GD&T, and CAD tools
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Experience with Process Risk Analysis (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Catia, Enovia VPM, or Delmia (preferred)
