Responsibilities
- Translate needs into technical specifications
- Execute missions while taking industrial constraints into account
- Coordinate various stakeholders
- Manage projects
- Act as a liaison with Design Office, Purchasing, and Production departments
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent Master's degree (Bac+5)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business manager and/or in project management
- Skills in mechanics, production means, quoting, or quality
- Knowledge of project management techniques
- Mastery of business development methods
- Proficiency in drafting commercial proposals and contracts
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in automation and process optimization
- Aptitude for training, coaching, and mentoring
- Active monitoring of new technologies and sector challenges
