About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation of the Hamilton Service Facility tooling warehouse
- Move, handle, prepare, and maintain tooling and tool kit inventory to meet service site requirements
- Provide administrative support for ordering materials, tooling, and transportation
- Operate job-specific equipment including banding machines, barcode scanners, and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the online tooling database (TCTP) and ERP systems like SAP
- Ensure appropriate packaging and storage to prevent damage during shipping
- Assist in the development and procurement of new tooling and 3D printed tool kit inserts
- Perform daily data entry for inventory and order documentation
- Travel up to 5% to support local vendors or service sites as required
Requirements
- Administrative and organizational skills to track documents, work orders, and shipping paperwork
- Ability to learn inventory management and ordering software
- Flexibility to work within an industrial warehouse environment
- Eligibility to enter the USA for training, meetings, or facility visits
- Familiarity with hand tools and machine tools (e.g., hydraulic tooling, lathes, rigging) is an asset
- Ability to operate a forklift is an asset
