Tooling and Infrastructure Reliability Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support development teams in technological and tooling choices to improve visibility and robustness of services
• Educate and support teams in improving continuous integration and deployment systems
• Design, operate, and own build, configuration, versioning, and publishing pipelines
• Implement and support CI/CD tooling, IaC, and secure, reproducible deployments
• Maintain tooling products to offer exemplary service quality (internal SLOs)
• Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and correct anomalies in online services
• Manage Cloud resources using appropriate tools
• Define and monitor SLA/SLO/SLI, deploy observability, and contribute to FinOps initiatives

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development and systems administration
• Experience in infrastructure automation (Cloud)
• Experience managing high-throughput systems
• Experience designing resilient, scalable, and redundant architectures
• Proficiency in Python, Go, C#, or C++
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry)
• Experience with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking (DNS, CDN, load balancing, TLS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Unreal Engine 5 or similar game engines
• DevOps methodology expertise
• Advanced infrastructure automation experience
