Toolcrib Attendant

Responsibilities

• Issue tools and manufacturing prints to personnel and maintain organized toolcrib storage
• Manage tool inventory through periodic cycle counts and Cribmaster equipment maintenance
• Ensure all tools and machine repair parts are properly labeled, barcoded, and stored in correct bins
• Process purchasing requisitions for manufacturing items and verify received quantities
• Maintain header setup sheets and scan completed manufacturing prints into the system
• Calculate tooling averages for operators and manage tooling substitutions and requests
• Deliver and receive tools from the EDM toolroom and organize incoming receiving items

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to work well with others
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Accurate keyboarding skills of at least 45 WPM
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of gaging methods
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience working with toolroom equipment
