Tool Room Molding Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Tool Makers and Mold Technicians within a continuous improvement culture
• Ensure mold reliability through root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
• Validate new mold designs and engineering changes to ensure manufacturability, maintenance, and robustness
• Drive mold improvements to reduce cycle times, scrap, and overall costs
• Develop and strengthen the preventive maintenance system aligned with PEAK standards
• Guarantee compliance with safety, 6S, and tooling data discipline

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• More than 5 years of experience in injection molding tooling
• Proven experience leading technical teams in manufacturing environments
• Solid knowledge of mold construction and maintenance
• Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
