About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of tools and supporting equipment
- Rebuild broken equipment and replace parts such as gaskets, seals, lines, and fittings in accordance with specifications
- Assemble and disassemble universal tools and conduct pressure testing in controlled environments
- Maintain accurate records, including equipment test results, work orders, and material usage
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, and break-out vises
- Perform shop housekeeping, including pressure washing equipment and maintaining the paint booth
- Deliver and pick up equipment from vendors or job sites as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills and ability to read/write in English
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 pounds frequently
- Ability to travel extensively and remain on call 24/7
- Ability to maintain a safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-6 months of related experience or training within the Oil and Gas industry
