Tool Maintenance and Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and test tool kits to support field operations
• Perform basic repair, refurbishment, and inspection of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Manage inventory by replenishing tool kits and coordinating with Tooling Engineers
• Prepare equipment for shipment by verifying and packaging all required items
• Operate material-handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks
• Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (A.A./A.A.S. in power plant technology or related field preferred)
• Proficiency with measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems for documentation and inventory
• Physical ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to perform moderate physical movements including reaching, pushing, pulling, and climbing ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or certification in operating forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and lifting systems
