Tool Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process and move production materials into and out of storage and production locations to support workflow.
• Monitor work in process and communicate part status using automated systems and manual reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts and materials using established procedures.
• Coordinate with various functions to set priorities and expedite production activities to avoid delays.
• Work under general supervision to ensure parts availability and production flow.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Production Control or Materials Management.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Physical ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, and manipulate a large volume and variety of parts.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Tool Control experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, or Quality.
• Experience using Cribmaster, Andon, and BESSY.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing principles.
