Tool Adjuster

Responsibilities

• Perform presetting of cutting tools for CNC machines in the production area
• Assemble cutting tools according to TDM database standards and component order
• Measure cutting tools using Zoller machines to provide required manufacturing data
• Provide technical support to resolve cutting tool issues and necessary adjustments
• Support production areas with immediate attention to machining needs
• Manage inventory of complete tool assemblies, durable components, and consumables

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechatronic, or Manufacturing Engineering (or TSU equivalent)
• Knowledge of CNC cutting tools and tool clamping systems
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes (drilling, milling, grooving, tapping, etc.)
• Experience operating Zoller/Uniset presetting equipment
• Proficiency with power tools and manual hand tools
