Responsibilities

• Perform biological sample collection and provide warm, professional care to patients
• Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and the shipment of samples
• Ensure service excellence and maintain high quality standards in all clinical tasks
• Collaborate with the team while strictly following current company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Technical or professional degree in Clinical Laboratory, Nursing, QFB, QBP, or a related field (intern or graduate)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sampling
• Proficiency in using vacuum systems (Vacutainer)
