About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform biological sample collection and provide warm, high-quality care to patients
- Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and the shipment of samples
- Ensure service excellence by following all current company policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to maintain operational standards
Requirements
- Technical or professional degree in Clinical Laboratory, Nursing, QFB, QBP, or a related field (intern or graduate)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sampling
- Practical knowledge of vacuum systems (Vacutainer)
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 07:00 to 16:00 hrs
- Ability to work across various branches in the Coacalco, Tultitlan, and Tultepec areas
