About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform biological sample collection and provide warm, high-quality care to patients
- Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and the shipment of samples
- Ensure service excellence by following all current company policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to maintain quality standards
Requirements
- Educational background as a Clinical Laboratory Technician, Nursing Technician, Chemical Laboratory Technician, QFB, QBP, or related field (Intern or Graduate)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sample collection
- Proficiency with the Vacutainer vacuum system
- Ability to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday (11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), Saturdays (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), and one Sunday per month for duty
