About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform biological sample collection and provide warm, high-quality care to patients
- Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and the shipment of samples
- Ensure service excellence by following all current company policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to maintain quality standards
Requirements
- Educational background in Clinical Laboratory Technician, Nursing, Chemical Laboratory Technician, QFB, QBP, or a related field (Intern or Graduate)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sampling
- Proficiency with the Vacutainer vacuum system
