Responsibilities

• Perform biological sample collection and provide warm, high-quality care to patients
• Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and the shipment of samples
• Ensure service excellence by following all current company policies and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to maintain quality standards

Requirements

• Technical or professional degree in Clinical Laboratory, Nursing, Chemical Laboratory Technician, QFB, QBP, or a related field (intern or graduate)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sample collection
• Practical knowledge of vacuum systems (Vacutainer)
