Responsibilities
- Perform clinical sample collection and provide warm, professional care to patients
- Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and sample shipping
- Ensure service excellence and high-quality standards in all patient interactions
- Collaborate with the team while strictly following current policies and procedures
Requirements
- Technical or professional degree in Clinical Laboratory, Nursing, Chemistry (QFB, QBP), or a related field (intern or graduate)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sample collection
- Proficiency in using vacuum systems (Vacutainer)
