About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical sample collection and provide warm, high-quality care to patients
- Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and the shipment of samples
- Ensure service excellence by following all current company policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to maintain operational standards
Requirements
- Technical or professional degree in Clinical Laboratory, Nursing, QFB, QBP, or a related field (intern or graduated)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sample collection
- Proficiency in using vacuum systems (Vacutainer)
