Tokenization Product Operations Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage digital tokenization projects from ideation to launch, defining objectives and actionable roadmaps.
• Serve as the central point of contact for product, design, engineering, analytics, and business teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and measurable KPIs.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops and provide domain expertise to agile development teams.
• Partner with analytics teams to track key metrics and deliver actionable reports to inform product decisions.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and stakeholder reviews to ensure production-ready releases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks or roadblocks to keep initiatives on track.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, operations, or program/project management within financial services or digital environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong experience with agile methodologies, user story creation, and process mapping.
• Proficiency in quality assurance practices and overseeing technical testing.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product insights.
