Token Listing Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on token listing matters, including regulatory classification and risk assessments
• Review and assess token listing applications for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Lead and coordinate token due diligence processes, including reviewing whitepapers and tokenomics
• Liaise with external counsel and regulators to address legal risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate listing agreements and related documentation
• Monitor global regulatory developments relating to digital assets
• Partner with internal teams to implement listing governance frameworks
• Support ongoing reviews or delistings of tokens

Requirements

• Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent)
• Eligibility to practice in at least one jurisdiction
• 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or digital assets
• Strong understanding of global crypto regulations and securities laws (e.g., SEC, MiCA, MAS)
• Excellent communication and legal writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a crypto exchange, law firm, or fintech company
• Familiarity with tokenomics, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols
• Multilingual capabilities
