About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily morning checks and service supervision
  • Handle incidents and service requests
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify causes of malfunctions
  • Propose corrections and workarounds for level 2 and 3 incidents
  • Manage technical component operations
  • Contribute to deployment and migration activities

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac +2 degree in IT, telecoms, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in technical support (IT or telecoms)
  • Knowledge of Cisco ToIP, specifically CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
  • Familiarity or experience with NICE communication recording and supervision solutions
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve voice and application environment incidents
