About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform daily morning checks and service supervision
- Handle incidents and service requests
- Conduct diagnostics to identify causes of malfunctions
- Propose corrections and workarounds for level 2 and 3 incidents
- Manage technical component operations
- Contribute to deployment and migration activities
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +2 degree in IT, telecoms, or equivalent
- Previous experience in technical support (IT or telecoms)
- Knowledge of Cisco ToIP, specifically CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
- Familiarity or experience with NICE communication recording and supervision solutions
- Ability to diagnose and resolve voice and application environment incidents
