TMP Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenue activities
• Support the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
• Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
• Provide customer, channel, and trade expertise for new product launches
• Validate Launch Support Fees, track performance, and complete reconciliations
• Prepare tailor-made customer solutions and activations in cooperation with the Customer Activation team
• Evaluate activity execution against plans and implement learnings into future activations
