TMF Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Records Management and user departments regarding Trial Master files
• Monitor team daily outputs to ensure project deadlines, commitments, and goals are met
• Coordinate the retrieval of records and prepare closed studies for transfer to clients
• Monitor filing accuracy and compliance with IQVIA or customer file plans and SOPs
• Maintain records center security to protect record integrity
• Train team members on records management tasks, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate the transfer, recall, and disposition of records to commercial storage centers
• Oversee the disposal of obsolete records and manage storage space and equipment
• Assist management with strategic goals, cost proposals, and resource projections

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience working in a Records Management environment
• Strong knowledge of ICH, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and relevant regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of technology applications relevant to records management
• Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects within defined timelines
