About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties related to title management and lien perfection
- Maintain regular follow-up with dealerships to recover lien perfection documents
- Research and correct title issues and exceptions
- Communicate effectively with internal sales teams and dealer networks
- Perform data entry and ensure documentation is organized and secure
- Field inbound and outbound calls to answer title-related questions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of state titling laws and regulations
- Record and track dealer performance regarding title maintenance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in vehicle title management
- Minimum two years of experience in auto finance or installment loans
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Dealertrack or F&I Express is a plus
