Title IX Coordinator, Director of Student Accountability

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Title IX official, providing leadership and coordination for campus-wide compliance.
• Develop and oversee a strategic plan to reduce sexual assault and ensure institutional accountability.
• Supervise deputy Title IX officers, investigators, and university hearing officers.
• Oversee investigations of sexual harassment complaints and review findings and remedies.
• Manage the University Student Conduct Process for all non-academic policy violations.
• Administer training for student conduct hearing officers and Student Conduct Board members.
• Ensure compliance with VAWA and DFSCA regulations, including the AOD Biennial Review.
• Collaborate with Campus Police and Safety to ensure Clery Act reporting compliance.
• Maintain and update sexual misconduct, harassment, and discrimination policies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree, Juris Doctorate, or an advanced degree in higher education administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in legal, student conduct, student life, HR, law enforcement, or regulatory compliance.
• 3–5 years of experience serving as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Student Conduct.
• High level of understanding of Title IX, Clery, FERPA, and DFSCA regulations.
• Proven experience working with senior-level administrators and conducting grievance investigations.
• Ability to travel to Gannon University campus locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Maxient conduct management software.
