Tire Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Benchmark and analyze competitor tires to drive product improvement
• Collect static and dynamic data on experimental and competitor tires through test lab processes
• Coordinate track testing and product evaluation
• Investigate new materials and technologies to enhance product performance
• Partner with manufacturing teams to reduce costs, complexity, and scrap
• Attend race events to interact with customers and collect feedback for development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience with CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Inventor, NX, or Solidworks)
• Familiarity with Matlab, VBA, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Experience in structured problem solving and risk analysis
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Tire Development
• Experience with FSAE (Formula SAE)
• Background in Motorsport environments
