About the role
Responsibilities
- Benchmark and analyze competitor tires to drive product improvement
- Collect static and dynamic data on experimental and competitor tires through test lab processes
- Coordinate track testing and product evaluation
- Investigate new materials and technologies to enhance product performance
- Partner with manufacturing teams to reduce costs, complexity, and scrap
- Attend race events to interact with customers and collect feedback for development
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience with CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Inventor, NX, or Solidworks)
- Familiarity with Matlab, VBA, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Experience in structured problem solving and risk analysis
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Tire Development
- Experience with FSAE (Formula SAE)
- Background in Motorsport environments
