About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate academic timetables, assessments, exams, and individual lessons using Time Edit and My Timetable.
  • Manage accurate data collection, entry, and updates to ensure schedules and room bookings meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with academic, operations, and campus services staff to resolve scheduling issues and support teaching activities.
  • Contribute to room bookings in accordance with timetabling policies and space management plans.
  • Analyse timetabling and space booking data to prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in an education or related environment.
  • Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders in complex organisations.
  • Strong technical skills in databases and data management with an aptitude for integrated software systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and solve scheduling problems.
  • Knowledge of academic policies and timetabling software such as Time Edit.
  • Basic database knowledge of FileMaker Pro.
