Time and Attendance (WFM) Solution Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide functional system expertise for WFM solutions to support business initiatives
• Identify and resolve system issues through root cause analysis and end-user support
• Partner with HR and Compliance to ensure system configuration aligns with internal policies and legal requirements
• Conduct solution testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Develop test cases and maintain comprehensive process and system documentation
• Collaborate with the training team to develop and roll out end-user training materials
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in application support or functional system roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions
• Experience in application support
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deliverables or small projects holistically
• Ability to maintain confidential information and adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Systems, HR, or a related field
• Previous experience with HCM or Time and Attendance systems
