Timber Construction Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently lead timber construction projects during the execution phase
• Coordinate assembly, subcontractors, and internal units to ensure project success
• Ensure all project milestones, costs, and quality standards are met
• Collaborate closely with planning, work preparation, and project management teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes regarding timber prefabrication

Requirements

• Completed technical training in construction (HTL, FH, or TU)
• Practical experience as a construction manager, ideally within the general contractor (GU) sector
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and construction contract law
• Proven experience in managing building construction projects
• Strong organizational skills with experience in resource and schedule planning
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel
• Proficiency in digital tools and a drive for digitalization
