TikTok Shop Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop operations end-to-end, including product listings, inventory, and availability
• Monitor product performance and optimize for conversion during launches and seasonal campaigns
• Plan, schedule, and execute TikTok Live sessions, including product selection and promotional offers
• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop creators and affiliates to scale brand presence
• Track creator performance, manage commissions, and ensure deliverables are met
• Partner with content and social teams to ideate and produce TikTok-first, conversion-focused content
• Support influencer partnerships and outreach across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop
• Proven experience setting up and maintaining TikTok Shop product listings and inventory
• Experience planning, hosting, or supporting TikTok Live sessions to drive sales
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate programs and creator commission structures
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, and platform behavior
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking and optimization
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and creator relationships
