About the role
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations and merchandising of the BOKA TikTok Shop
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive GMV, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
- Manage the TikTok Shop P&L, including revenue and profitability
- Forecast budgets and analyze ROI across promotions, affiliate commissions, and paid media
- Build, scale, and nurture the TikTok affiliate network and creator community
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align TikTok initiatives with brand campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize product listings and promotional campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience
- 1–2 years specifically managing TikTok or TikTok Shop for a brand or agency
- Proven experience managing a P&L and driving profitable e-commerce growth
- Demonstrated success in building influencer or affiliate programs
- Deep understanding of TikTok analytics and e-commerce metrics
- Must be based in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical fluency and interest in leveraging AI, LLMs, and automated workflows
- Experience with data analysis tools or SQL
- Experience with automation tools like N8N or Dify
