TikTok Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create original, on-camera short-form video content specifically for TikTok
• Own TikTok community management by responding to comments and engaging with creators in a human, non-corporate way
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to determine which are worth pursuing
• Write engaging hooks and scripts optimized for high retention in the first 3 seconds
• Film and edit content using creator-first tools like CapCut and platform-native editors
• Contribute creative ideas to evolve the brand's voice, tone, and social presence

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating short-form organic social video (for a brand or personal accounts)
• Strong on-camera presence and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with CapCut, in-app editors, or similar mobile editing tools
• A social media portfolio or active presence demonstrating on-camera work and creative POV
• Deep fluency in TikTok culture, including pacing, humor, and unspoken platform rules
• Ability to self-shoot content using a smartphone
