TIG Welder

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
• Measure and verify finished components using precision measuring tools
• Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements
• Assist with additional fabrication and production tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a TIG welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and metal fabrication
• Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum preferred
• Ability to use measuring equipment accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
