Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to provide outstanding technical support
- Serve as the first escalation point from Tier 1 Specialists
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Utilize multiple applications and CRM tools to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven ability to perform at a high level supporting a high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills across several applications; CRM experience preferred
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
