Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls to provide outstanding technical support
  • Serve as the first escalation point from Tier 1 Specialists
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Utilize multiple applications and CRM tools to resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven ability to perform at a high level supporting a high volume of inbound calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills across several applications; CRM experience preferred
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills and basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
