Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first escalation point for technical issues received from Tier 1 Specialists
  • Answer inbound calls and provide outstanding technical support to customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Use multiple applications and CRM tools to document and resolve cases
