Responsibilities
- Serve as the first escalation point for technical issues received from Tier 1 Specialists
- Answer inbound calls and provide outstanding technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Use multiple applications and CRM tools to document and resolve cases
