Responsibilities
- Create and implement mechanical development ideas (Kaizens) based on drawings or professional instructions
- Actively participate in implementation processes, including determining material and tool requirements
- Propose development ideas and create drawings if necessary
- Coordinate with the work area regarding development ideas and implementation processes
Requirements
- Qualification in metalworking or mechanical engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Creativity
- Basic computer literacy

- Welding qualification and practical experience
- Knowledge of technical drawings and experience in reading them
