TIE Kaizen Specialist (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Create and implement electrical development ideas (Kaizen) such as sensor installation, indicator lights, wiring modifications, or safety sensor installation based on drawings or professional instructions
• Actively participate in implementation processes, including determining ideas and material/tool requirements
• Propose development improvements and create drawings if necessary
• Coordinate with the work area regarding development ideas and implementation processes

Requirements

• Vocational qualification in industrial electrical engineering (electrician or instrument technician)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Precision and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Creativity
• Basic computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in high-voltage equipment installation
• Knowledge of circuit diagrams
