About the role
About the Company
Provence Rugby competes in Pro D2, the second level of French professional rugby. Based in Aix-en-Provence, the club plays at the Maurice-David stadium and is an ambitious player in the sports landscape of the South region.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing back office including event setup, sales tracking, and invitation management
- Handle front office duties such as ticket sales via counter, phone, and online
- Support subscription campaigns and loyalty programs
- Organize and supervise access control at the stadium and parking lots on match days
- Assist with hospitality spaces, including VIP lounges and seating plans
- Develop sales through CSE (Social and Economic Committees), partner clubs, and student-targeted actions
Requirements
- Minimum BAC + 3 degree
- At least 2 years of experience in ticketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal relations
- Previous experience in events or sales is a plus
