Ticketing Business Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more international ticketing projects, ensuring contract compliance and managing operational and financial risks.
• Supervise technical project managers across different workstreams.
• Manage project schedules, including priority setting, contractual milestones, and delivery deadlines.
• Manage client relationships, driving business development and conducting regular negotiations regarding project evolutions.
• Perform continuous risk analysis and provide real-time updates to management.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT project management with a strong focus on client relations and contract management.
• Fluent English skills are required.
• Proven expertise in project steering, financial monitoring, and negotiation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the ticketing or smart mobility industry is highly appreciated.
