About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, and assist with locating seats
- Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity for various seat levels
- Resolve guest complaints or problems and provide directions within the venue
- Assist with maintaining venue safety, cleanliness, and presentability
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs, including seat accommodations
- Participate in venue sustainability and recycling efforts before, during, and after shows
- Assist in closing the venue by collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
- Guide guests to exits and provide instructions in case of emergency
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a guest service role preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to walk and climb stairs constantly
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.+ occasionally
