About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry to the venue
- Assist guests with ADA seating accommodation requests
- Answer guest inquiries and provide directions to restrooms, concessions, and other venue amenities
- Work inside coat check during winter and cold months
- Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet
- Ability to communicate and work well with others in a loud, fast-paced, and sometimes stressful environment
- Successful passing of a criminal background check
- Professional manner and appearance
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or guest services role
- Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
