About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide fans through the redemption process and provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Assist fans with digital ticketing needs and troubleshooting as required.
- Maintain an organized and thorough inventory of required materials for game day ticket offers.
- Ensure redemption locations are fully set up prior to fan arrival and properly cleared following the conclusion of events.
- Assist with fulfilling internal requests for materials and promotional items while maintaining accurate tracking and inventory records.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the baseball season.
- Ability to carry boxes up to 30 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience within fast-paced and frequently changing environments.
- A passion for special events and creating memorable fan experiences.
