Ticket Seller

Responsibilities

• Answer questions pertaining to ticketing for upcoming events
• Use Ticketmaster software system to sell tickets, process payment, and deliver mobile tickets
• Provide technical support with mobile ticketing and guide customers on how to access tickets
• Answer general questions about the venue including entrances, concessions, restrooms, and parking
• Assist customers in need of accessible seating and explain venue navigation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and cash handling
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
