Ticket Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue by selling and renewing athletic ticket products, including season tickets, partial plans, and group packages.
• Proactively engage current ticket holders through phone and email to drive retention and repeat business.
• Prospect for new business opportunities using cold calling, appointments, and social selling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage high call volumes.
• Staff home games for Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, and Women’s Volleyball to facilitate group experiences and promote upcoming events.
• Participate in outside networking events to develop new leads and relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of relevant working experience.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Familiarity with software programs such as Ticketmaster/Archtics and Salesforce.com.
• Familiarity with NCAA and BIG EAST conference rules, as well as University policies.
