Ticket and Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with ticket operations for home athletic events, including sales, distribution, scanning, and will-call setup
• Support daily ticket office operations through customer service, data entry, and record keeping
• Help manage online ticketing platforms and box office systems
• Support game-day operations, including event setup, breakdown, staffing, and facility readiness
• Assist with crowd management, credential verification, and on-site customer service
• Collaborate with marketing, facilities, and external relations staff to ensure professional event execution
• Perform administrative tasks such as tracking attendance and compiling reports

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student
• Major in Sport Management, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and select holidays based on athletic schedules
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in athletic administration, ticketing, or event operations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Comfort working with ticketing systems, point-of-sale platforms, or databases
• Previous exposure to intercollegiate athletics
